Role & Responsibilities:

  • Craft, articulate, and execute dynamic marketing strategies to drive targeted traffic and convert leads.
  • Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from conceptualization and strategic planning to execution and performance analysis.
  • Innovate across a range of acquisition channels, balancing organic efforts with paid tactics, including PPC campaigns, social media, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Generate compelling, valuable content for the website and blog to attract and convert key demographics, establishing the company as a thought leader.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and network with industry influencers, agencies, and vendors to amplify marketing efforts.
  • Administer the marketing budget with a keen eye for ROI, allocating resources wisely to maximize impact.
  • Supervise the creation and approval of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging precision across platforms.
  • Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, leveraging insights to drive strategy and adapt to changing market behaviors.
  • Scrutinize consumer trends, adjusting marketing tactics accordingly to maintain competitive advantage and consumer relevance.

Qualification:

  • A track record of measurable success in marketing roles, evidencing the ability to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conceiving and leading impactful cross-channel marketing campaigns with a creative and engaging approach.
  • Proficient with website analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Proven experience managing Google AdWords campaigns and optimizing them for peak performance.
  • Strong numerical literacy and proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting metrics, and utilizing spreadsheets to inform decisions.
  • A keen sense of aesthetics, excellent copywriting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with wit and clarity.
  • Staying current on online marketing trends and best practices for both execution and analytics.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a passion for continuous learning and development in the marketing domain.
